2026 AYSO Section 7 Expo Vendor Registration
We are excited to have you participate in our 2026 Section 7 EXPO. We anticipate 150 - 200 AYSO volunteers from Oahu, Kauai, Maui, and the Big Island of Hawaii to gather at the beautiful Alohilani Resort Hotel on Waikiki Beach for a weekend of training and fun. Our volunteers always look forward to the vendor show and to see what products are available to make our program better. We wish you much success and hope that your experience at our EXPO will be a positive and profitable one.
VENDOR FEE & REGISTRATION FEE
The cost to participate in our Vendor show is $500.00. This will cover the cost of one (1) vendor space, one (1) 6 ft. table, and two (2) chairs.
In addition, all vendors who attend will be expected to register for the EXPO. The registration cost is $230 for the first person, and $135 for each additional person.
This will include meals for Saturday (breakfast and lunch), EXPO shirt, and volunteer goodie bag. Please register by March 1 to guarantee the correct t-shirt size.
