The Expo is a three-day event from March 14-16, 2025.
We will be offering you to have a booth on Saturday to visit with our volunteers. A Single booth is $600, and a Double is $1200.

Due to limitations in secured storage space, the Hotel will only accept packages as follows:
Boxes/packages may be sent for arrival a maximum of 48 hours prior to group arrival and will be marked with the responsible party’s name, Group name, plus event date.

Booth Cost
•One 8' x 8' exhibit area. (Sizes may vary depending on the venue.) Includes a draped table, two chairs, a wastebasket, and up to two name badges and meal tickets for two. All Vendors will be allowed to come to Socialize with the volunteers at the Welcome event on Friday Night, Breakfast, and Lunch on Saturday. See Peter if you want to purchase more than meal tickets.
•Attendee goodie bag. Vendors who pay for a booth can add flyers, catalogs, or cards to each goodie bag. Otherwise, there is a $200 charge to include any information item.
•Become a Passport Stop. This is for those vendors that want to be on the Passport card and donate something to the raffle for those who complete the passport card during the vendor show. The cost for this is $200.
