This portal is to register Expo Instructors and Attendees. Instructors being sponsored by their home regions, Area and Section board members being sponsored by their home regions should also be registered here. Prior to logging in to register, please obtain the following information for each person you are registering:

2. How many years of service to AYSO?
3. AYSO Dri-fit shirt size
4. Meal - Regular or Vegetarian?
5. Name - for EXPO Badge - include nickname if preferred
6. Region/Area/Section Volunteer Position - for EXPO badge
7. Region/Area/Section name and number - for EXPO badge (i.e Aiea, Region 118)
8. Will you Be Parking at the Hotel, if space is available?

DEADLINE TO REGISTER AND PAY TO ATTEND IS APRIL 8, 2025. This guarantees all attendees will have an EXPO shirt, and meals on Saturday.
FYI and IMPORTANT: Please remind all attendees to log into AYSOU and register for their courses. NOTE that some courses require independent study ahead of time which must be completed prior to attending the course at EXPO, otherwise they will NOT get course CREDIT.

Single Day Fee - Not Available
Parking: $10 per vehicle, per day (no in/out privilege) Payment by check, cash or credit card at the Expo Info Desk and to receive your parking validation. Overflow parking available at the zoo at your own cost. Use your phone to pay and receive a notification when your time is close to expiration.
CHECK-IN: All attendees must check-in at the EXPO Information Desk to receive their Name Badge, lanyard, final EXPO Schedule and information booklet, goodie bag, EXPO shirt and parking validation. A NAME BADGE is required for all EXPO events including classes and meals.
PRIZE GIVEAWAYS: On Saturday and Sunday, we will have some great prizes to give away. To qualify, scan the QR code displayed on the PowerPoint at the end of most courses, answer a few questions, and provide your information and you will be entered in our prize giveaways. In addition, we will also have vendor giveaways on Sunday. To qualify, complete your EXPO Passport by visiting our vendors and getting a sticker. Place your completed Passport in the Passport box at the EXPO info desk by Sunday morning at 9:00 a.m.
REFUND POLICY All Fees paid for this Expo are non-refundable. If the registered attendee is unable to attend the Expo, the attendee's fees may be transferred to another AYSO volunteer provided that the full names of the non-attending and attending Attendees be provided by email to: nella.sword@gmail.com and b.sano@aysohawaii.org. Thank you for your cooperation and assistance in this matter.
