We look forward to seeing you at the
Crowne Plaza Hotel in sunny Historical Chandler, Arizona. We will be offering a wide variety of courses including Instructor Courses, RC/AD Training, Referee, Coach, Management, and Systems training. You will have the opportunity to meet and network with volunteers across sections 2, 9, and 12.
Early Bird Registration is $300 (ends February 29, 2024)
Regular Registration is $350 (begins March 1, 2024)
Meals that are included in the full event are: Saturday Breakfast, Saturday Lunch, and Sunday Breakfast.
Meals included in Saturday Only are: Saturday Breakfast and Saturday Lunch.
As we get closer to the event, as you are planning your weekend of courses, save time for yourself and our volunteer instructors by logging into AYSOU and enrolling in your courses. This will help ensure you get credit for everything you plan on taking during the weekend.
Crowne Plaza Hotel Booking Information:
Keep in mind when receiving a confirmation letter from making a reservation online or through our call center, it will automatically show a resort fee. This is an IHG standard, however, since this has been waived per your contract, the hotel will absorb that fee upon check in. If you require an early check-in you will need to book the night before, otherwise early check-ins can be requested, however, they are not guaranteed. Cancellations less than 48 hours prior to arrival or No Shows will result in a charge equal to one night’s room and tax. Room cutoff date is 3/12/24, after this date any rooms left in the block will be released for general sale.
